Had a good run today, even though it was on the tredmill... I did 4 miles in 39mins and 45 seconds. C= My mom did the first 2m with me, which was nice, it made the run less... Blah! I did a little bit of lap swimimg with my dad too. All in all, a great day! =D

TM is short for TreadMill
